Christian dating is not easy. To date or not to date is a question on top of Christian singles’ minds. Then there is the how, when, where, not to mention concerns about being judged by others. This article is about giving objective Christian dating advice.

Actually, the question of whether to date or not to date as a Christian should not even arise. Courtship has existed among people of faith, including prophets. It is how to do it without going against the tenets of Christian teachings that should be of concern.

Now, the scriptures can be interpreted differently depending on denomination or sect. They can also be made to suit one party’s interest, including the twisted. As they say, even the devil can quote the Bible.

You see, the Bible is very clear about adultery and fornication. It is a no-no, period. Don’t let anyone tell you otherwise. And don’t forget that David’s household was never the same after his moral infraction.

And this is one reason you as a Christian should never date a nonbeliever, as there is bound to be conflict. Temptation is never far away. Before long you could find yourself giving in to the lust of the flesh: It takes but a moment.
